Terms & Conditions


Order 

  1. We only reserve the item for 2 days, as we operate on first come, first serve basis.
  2. Immediate payment must be made within 24hours upon confirmation.
  3. In the event of any deals that fall through, we will release the item to the next on waiting list.
  4. Enquiries are not deemed as confirmed order(s).
  5. Back-out buyers will not be entertained in the future.


Product & Pricing

  1. Price are non-negotiable
  2. Colour of original product may vary from the photos posted in our blog due to lighting, resolution of camera etc.
  3. Please be certain of the item codes, colors, size and materials before submitting your orders.
  4. After receiving the item, the onus is on you to take good care of it, and we will not be held responsible if something happens to it.
  5. Accessories and other apparel are not included in purchase unless stated otherwise.


Postage
  1. Postage fees vary depending on the weight.
  2. Registered mail is always encouraged (for overseas buyers). For International shipping cost, kindly contact us at hooked@live.com.my.
  3. Fees involved for domestic postage:

Payments

  1. All payment is done via online transfer or bank deposit to our Maybank berhad account.
Delayed/Lost/Damage parcels
  1. We are not liable for any delayed, lost or damaged mailed-out items.
  2. We will fully refund the money being transferred to us if the lost parcel was caused by us (i.e wrong address)


Refunds/Returns/Exchange of Items
  1. We will not entertain any refunds, returns, or exchange unless the item was grossly misinterpreted by wakeupandgetdressed.
  2. Refunds/returns/exchange of items (due to misinterpretation of wakeupandgetdressed i.e wrong size or color) must be made known to us within 2 days of receiving the parcels. Any request for refunds/returns/exchange of items after two days of receiving the parcels by your goodself will not be entertained
